Drama

We all know what drama is, because we all had to deal with it. I will give a few tips on dealing with drama

If someone at school, or just someone you know is being a real jerk for no reason it makes you upset, doesn't it? Why wouldn't it? You were just standing there minding your own business, then someone comes up to you being a real jerk, and then just walks away. But, do you know why they walk away?

The reason people act like that is because something is going on in there life, or something happened to them, and they don't know how to deal with it. So, they they take there anger out on someone else. They want to get you all mad and upset, because it makes them feel better. If they get you feeling worse than they do, then they can say that person is worse than I am. Which makes them feel better.

We know what there saying is not true. But we still try to defend ourselves, and try to convince them that it isn't true. But, what we don't realize is that they know it's not true. The reason why they keep on being rude, and harsh, is because they are gaining more power. They know that you are upset, and that makes them feel better and powerful. They know that when someone is upset, that whatever they say will hurt them more. It makes them feel in control. They won.

Now, let's go back to when we try to convince that person that it isn't true. Why do we try to convince them that? What will it accomplish? Will it make you feel any better? Why do we care what they think of us so much? Just like the bully, we depend on others to make us feel better about our selves. Just in a different way. But, it doesn't matter what the people around you think of you. We are always concerned with what everyone thinks of us. I don't want them to think I'm weird. I don't want them to think that rumor about me is true. Because if they believe those rumors, then you are not the popular kid anymore, or now they think you're weird, ect. What we all need to do is realize is that we know it's not true. We don't NEED others to know that. It doesn't matter. As long you know it's not true than nothing else matters.

But, we still feel like that bully won. What did he win? He's the one who has to go through life with the negativity. We don't realize that when they hurt others, it does make them feel better. But, not for long. He has to hurt someone again, and again, to hide those negative feelings. If we all realize that then they can't hurt any of us, anymore.

Have any questions? Any suggestions on what I should right next? Comment below!
